1. Take a shower early in the morning on the fast

Maharishi Vyas knew that there's a fire called Vrika within the stomach of Bhimsen. That's the reason their starvation doesn't relax even after consuming lots of food. On this fast, there isn't any fault of drinking water during bathing.
