Apara Ekadashi is one of the most auspicious days of fast dedicated to Lord Vishnu and it falls on the 11th day of the Krishna Paksha, the dark fortnight of the moon in the Hindu month of Jyeshtha. It is believed that observing Apara Ekadashi vrat will be washed away all the sins. Apara Ekadashi is also known as ‘Achla Ekadashi’. Apara Ekadashi is dedicated to worshipping Lord Vishnu.
